On our website you will insert information regarding your professional background respectively you will upload your curriculum vitae in order to apply for a project. diconium shall transfer your respective data to the company in lead for the project you apply for. You will give your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR) regarding the processing of data by diconium as well as for the transfer to the company conducting the project you apply for. diconium shall not transfer or provide access to your data to any third party except those expressly mentioned in this privacy policy unless you give us your written consent for the transfer. A written consent shall not be required with regard to transfers of your data to any diconium affiliates or related parties in the fulfillment of your request and will thereafter be deleted as long as there are no legal, contractual or statutory requirement to retain it. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future via the contact form or via the contact details given in the imprint.

The general responsibilities in case of a transfer to any diconium affiliates or related parties will be set forth in a data processing agreement according to the applicable legislation.
